Christine Börsch-Supan (*1987 in Herdecke, Germany) combines sound art, voice, somatic research and performance in her work. She is interested in creating a sensory and holistic experience, in which sound acts as a link between the elements of subject matter, space, performer and audience. In her collaborations, she works with situational objects and the performers' bodies as compositional and sound material, as well as with the resolution of the conventional frontal listening situation into spatialization of sound. As a solo artist, she focuses on working with the voice and her own body, and exploring the voice as a holistic physical and sensory space. She lives and works in Berlin.
